• Lightweight Poplar Body - Poplar is a lightweight variety of Alder, with similar tonal properties. It has a balanced, full-bodied tone with pronounced upper-mids, creating an ideal canvas to sculpt whichever sound you want.
• Quilted Maple Top - The Quilted Maple gives the guitar a luxurious and mesmerising look. Tonally it also adds some top-end clarity, ensuring your tone will always be articulate and present.
• Contoured Heel-Joint - The Sub Axis features a deep heel contour on the neck, allowing for unparalleled upper fret access and comfort, for an unrestrictive and premium playing experience.
• Modern 12" Radius Maple Neck - The tight grain of Maple makes it incredibly strong and silky smooth in the palm. The flat 12" radius enables a low action for a lightning fast and buttery smooth feel.
• Low-Friction Tremolo - A 2-point fulcrum tremolo has a smooth action for gentle warbles, dynamic flutters or divebombs. With the strings pulling straight through the nut at the perfect break angle, it has exceptional tuning stability.
