With the ODD Box, Warm Audio puts its version of the very popular 'hard-clipping' overdrive/distortion under almost the same name. This iconic pedal sounds like a tube guitar amp fully open! So you can deploy it that way, but of course you can also use it to boost your amp or provide an edge-of-breakup sound on a clean channel. The pedal's 'op-amp' circuit gives the same saturation as found in your beloved tube amps, and the UK/US switch even allows you to change the timbre of 'output stage section', giving you an emulation of the EL34 or just the 6L6 tubes. The inspiration of this pedal (and its original counterpart) came from guitarists such as. Eric Johnson, J. Mascis, Paul Gilbert and many others. Naturally, this pedal is built from hand-selected, high-quality components, such as resistors, capacitors and transistors.
