A giant in the world of drums, Tama has been offering serious beginner drummers the solid step of a complete Imperialstar kit since the seventies. After several generations, these kits still come with a set of drums, a pack of cymbals and all the matching hardware - all you need is a pair of sticks. The new-generation IP62H6W comes with a 22‘ x 18’ bass drum, a 10‘ x 7’ and 12‘ x 8’ tom, a 16‘ x 14’ tom and a 14‘ x 12’ tom, plus a 14‘ x 5’ snare drum, all covered in coffee teak.

Designed to deliver a balanced sound, the Imperialstar's six-ply poplar drums produce a full, strong, punchy warmth. This level of quality is reflected in the unshakeable stability of the double-reinforced hi-hat and snare stands, as well as the two cymbal stands and the included drum throne, all from Tama's Stage Master series. Complemented by the acclaimed Iron Cobra 200 kick pedal, this kit has been designed to suit all genres, playing techniques and skill levels.
