The Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10 is a powerful 4-channel DJ controller for rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro with new features and effects. The FLX10 controller allows users to mix tracks from different genres easily, isolate audio parts, scratch, and more.
The DDJ-FLX10 features two generously sized jog wheels with a multi-coloured jog ring, the first to ever feature on a Pioneer DJ Controller. The jog ring is used to show different parts of a track that is being played when utilising the track separation feature. Additionally, the on-jog display has been extended through personal customisation of the display itself. There are four different display modes: Deck Info mode, Waveform mode, Artwork mode or DJ Logo mode. The MAGVEL FADER on the DDJ-FLX10 has been upgraded from a 2-sensor system to a 4-sensor system, meaning it is extra sensitive and responsive, allowing for the most minor adjustments made.
The Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10 features track separation technology where you can upload a track from your music library and split it into different components, such as drums, acapellas etc., directly from the controller to create exciting and creative mashups on the fly. The Pioneer DJ controller also offers the ability to individually adjust the volume of drums, bass, vocals or melody, as well as being able to mute. Another couple of great features the DDJ-FLX10 has to offer is the FX Part Select, where you can select what parts of a track you would like effects applied to and also isolate a specific section of a track and transfer it to another deck.
For rekordbox users, there are some additional features in the form of Mix Point Link and DMX output for rekordbox Lighting mode. Mix Point Link is precisely what it states: it links mix points on tracks, so a track comes in at exactly the precise moment, with no manual intervention. DMX output for rekordbox Lighting mode means no additional equipment is required, as all that needs to be connected to the Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10 controller is DMX-compatible lighting equipment. You can then let rekordbox take care of the rest.
