The Super Viking continues this tradition, bringing essential features of the Super Swede into the Viking universe. Among these features, the most apparent is the lengthening of the pitch to 648mm/25.5”. Drop tunings, with their exceptional brilliance and response, are second nature to the Super Viking and provide a powerful foundation for exploring new musical styles. The tonal spectrum of the Super Viking is defined by the half-open H-50C humbuckers, designed specifically for this guitar. Tone potentiometers allow them to be individually split into simple coils, stimulating exploration of new sound worlds. The Super Viking's flamed maple body is available in a range of finishes to complete this magnificent instrument.
