Hagstrom HJ 500 Black Gloss · Electric Guitar

The legend returns!
In 1958, Hagstrom began building electric guitars in Sweden. Already in the 1960s, models such as "Swede" or "Viking" were absolute top sellers and were played by musicians like Frank Zappa, Elvis Presley, Larry Corryell, David Bowie or Abba. Now more than 23 years later - the legend returns!

An excellent jazz guitar is the culmination of guitar building. And these models are the unique handwriting of the New York guitar master himself.

Hagstrom HJ

Jazz Guitar making legend James "Jimmy" D'Aquisto designed a much acclaimed Jazz model in the 2nd half of the 70s. The current HJ is in this tradition, a Hollowbody Jazz guitar with Hastrom's typical comfotable flat neck, 2 Humbuckers and Ebony Bridge with Lyra Tailpiece.
